About our award-winning team
We are a team of experienced pool professionals with a shared passion for unusual projects and exciting challenges.
We have a small core team, and quite deliberately so; we can remain specialised, focused and able to provide a more attentive and flexible service to our clients.
We supplement each project where necessary with a network of hand-picked sub-contractors and consultants to ensure that every element of the design and construction process is undertaken by a specialist in that particular discipline.
As a result, we have built an enviable reputation for excellence in standards, service and working relationships. Our clients, associates and peers come back to us time and time again.
Award winning pool design and build
Having established Whitewaters in 2002, operating from a showroom in Washington, Tyne and Wear, we set about building a portfolio of completed projects that would stand up against anybody else in the UK.
Our commitment to quality in all aspects of the business quickly earned us a strong reputation for delivering excellent projects and delighted customers, and we were soon engaged on some of the UK’s most prominent residential developments.
We thrive on challenges and are committed to the provision of products and systems that are at the very cutting edge of contemporary design. As a result, we have maintained our position at the very forefront of our industry and have been awarded a string of industry accolades in recent years.
We are especially proud of the awards that we have received from our industry governing body SPATA. These awards are not only judged on the aesthetic appearance of the finished product; the specifications, design data and paperwork are also subject to scrutiny by the SPATA technical committee.
