Plant & Equipment
Filtration Plant
All of our filtration and pool management plant is constructed using the highest quality components, selected for performance and reliability.
We maintain trade accounts with all major pool equipment suppliers meaning that spare and replacement parts can be sourced quickly and efficiently.
Air Handling Plant
Management of the pool hall environment is of paramount importance for indoor pool projects. Without humidity control, condensation will lead to mould growth and odours, raid deterioration of the decor and will ultimately have a structural impact on the building itself. Using the size of your pool and pool hall and giving consideration to other parameters such as glazing and design temperatures, we are able to design and specify a system to effectively manage humidity within the pool hall, and to also provide heating for the area if required.
Our preferred method is to distribute the treated air through a system of galvanised steel ductwork hidden either under the floor or within a roof void,as illustrated..
Pool Covers
There is a wide range of pool covers available, designed to reduce evaporation and heat loss and in some cases to provide a safety barrier between the water and those who are unable to swim.
From simple heat retention blankets to automated slatted safety covers (as illustrated), we have a full range for you to choose from.
Lighting
In addition to the traditional fixed beam underwater pool light, there is now a wide range of lighting options to be considered. Fibre optics have been a popular option for a number of years and still represent the most flexible method with a wide variety of lenses available.
More recently, the trend for LED lighting has reached the pool industry, and a number of systems are available offering lower running costs (using only 1/5 of the power of a standard halogen lamp), improved life expectancy and colour changing options.

Spas
An integral spa adds an extra dimension to any pool object. The spa can be formed in any shape or size , and can be finished in variety of materials.
Water temperature in the spa is higher than that in the pool, and it may be fitted to the number of features which would normally include hydro-massage jets and bubble systems.

Water Features
Moving water is pleasurable at many levels. The sound of running water is relaxing, and water jets and curtains can be used for hydro massage, childs play, or simply to add an intresting point of focus to the pool.
Water features can be hidden within the pool structure,or more commonly used as stainless steel features.

Renewable Energy
Dramatic Reduction in running cost and CO2 can be achieved by installing a renewable energy system to help heat your swimming pool. There are number of options available such as solar thermal, ground source heat pumps and air source heat pumps, all of which extract the heat from natural environment and tranfer it to your pool water.
Selecting the correct technology for your pool is a complex matter, and we recommed that you contact us to discuss the matter in detail if you intend to install this type of system.
